BEST PROTEIN ON THE PLANET!!!

This is that AMAZING whey I was talking about.  The chocolate is the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my entire life!  The vanilla and strawberry aren't offensive by any means, but I'm not into them.  Trust me, you'll want to purchase in bulk.  One pound of this chocolate magic will be gone in a few days, and that won't be a bad thing.  You'll just want more, and for good reasons too!

I have been lifting for over a year now, and nothing has helped my performance like this stuff.  It's completely raw and from cows grazing on grass like they were meant to.  Casein free, so it's extreemly digestable and is great for rapid recovery and detoxification.

It's been almost three years now since I have quit smoking.  Three years of hard detox and I can tell you that although this is expensive,  it is worth every cent of it.  A raw diet with lots of fresh vegatables, or even better cultured vegatables, and high quality, super absorbable protein is the exact recipey for recovery.  With our modern, highly toxic environment needs to come a solid game plan for continuos removal of accumulated sludge from our bodies.  This is a wonderful piece of magic.  Not the whole bridge, but it is certainly my current key stone.

Give it a try!  You won't regret it.  (Chocolate is the whey to go!)

New Years Resolution (Step 2)

Alright.  First off, I should probably start by informing you that I am always working with my diet.  If you know me, this is not something I really have to write.  If you don't, keep reading and you are sure to catch on quick.  My new-year resolution this year was hefty; a long detailed list of next-to-torturous, definitely antisocial, and completely over-the-limit tasks was written.  Many of these tasks pertained to diet; and although I had initially intended on following my strict rules and guidelines right off the bat, after a couple days of hell I decided it was best if I broke it down into a couple steps.

Step one. I really don't fair well on grains.  Some research suggests that this is a common trait of all homo sapien sapiens, yet certain individuals do especially poorly on them.  I am just such an individual. This year, I won't eat any at all (purposefully). So far so good.  I know this concept might sound crazy; but considering the fact that I am already a month late starting this post, I will have to expound on the grain research in a later post.  Procrastinator who?

This month is step two.  For the most part, last month I was almost completely paleolithic.  For that matter, I was also ketogenic.  The exception was almost always dairy (cheese), which is ketogenic but not paleolithic.  I also cooked most of my eggs and meat.  This month I am going to avoid cheese, for casein is another mild allergen of mine, and I will also be completely raw.  I have attempted this in the past, but the healing reactions have usually been too great to overcome.  This month is non-negotiable.  Anyone can go at least a month before deciding if it is something they want to continue with.  If I can fast for a week, I can go raw for a month.

My protein will be more than adequate.  I eat raw eggs (12-21 eggs a day, 72-126 grams of slowly digested quaternary peptide chains) and raw whey from grass-fed cows.  THE WHEY IS AMAZING!  I will be posting a link in the next few days with pictures of myself and the product.  It has already changed my life over the coarse of the last few days.  Quickly absorbed, low toxicity, and many healing properties, make this whey is an out-of-control, life changing substance!  It is also super delicious and incredibly expensive.  WORTH EVERY CENT.  I also eat raw green veggies (mostly broccoli, kale, and collards) for fibre and other benefits.

I need sleep.  I will report back tomorrow.  I am already sore and tired though;  a sure sign of a rough weekend.
